Live (in-play) bets are placed while the sporting event is in progress, with odds updating in real time. 5win1 is not liable for odds discrepancies caused by connectivity delays on the customer's end. The platform reserves the right to suspend or void live bets in the event of a verified technical failure that generated incorrect odds.
The cash out feature allows customers to fully or partially close a bet before the final outcome of an event. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on the odds at the moment of settlement and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Cash out may be temporarily unavailable during periods of high market volatility or at the platform's discretion.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on it will be voided and stakes returned to the customer's balance. If an event is postponed to a later date, pre-game bets remain valid for the new date. Events interrupted before 90 minutes have been played (in football) will have all bets voided and stakes refunded, unless a specific market rule applies.
5win1 applies minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by event, competition, and market. Limits are displayed at the time of bet selection and may be adjusted by the platform without prior notice, particularly for high-liquidity or operationally high-risk events.
